1. For reflection only

Lingfeng generates feng shui readings using classical Chinese metaphysical systems (Flying Stars, Eight Mansions, Form School, Bazi). Every reading is provided for reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment only. It is not financial, investment, real-estate, medical, or legal advice. Do not buy, sell, lease, renovate, or otherwise commit money based solely on a Lingfeng report.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm the birth dates, addresses, and other information you submit belong to you or to people who have permitted you to share their information.

3. Payments

One-off buyer reports and Pro subscriptions are billed in Hong Kong Dollars through our payments provider. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled from the billing portal. Prices may change with 30 days notice for active subscribers.

4. Refunds

Because each reading is generated on demand and consumes computing resources, all sales are final once a report has been generated. Unused buyer credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Subscription refunds are at our discretion; cancel anytime to stop future charges.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Lingfeng to harass, defame, or analyse properties you have no legitimate interest in. Do not scrape, resell, or republish reports without written permission.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Lingfeng is provided "as is" without warranty. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
